Pad2pad was unable to place your order. To correct this problem:
- Check your internet connection and network settings.
- Check to see if your firewall is blocking pad2pad.
- Check with your company network admin whether your firewall blocks programs (other than your email program) from sending email.
- Check the SMTP server settings in the Pad2Pad application at Edit | Preferences | Ordering | Advanced.
Or simply send your order as follows:
- Choose Edit | Preferences | Ordering | Indirect.
- Choose Order | Place Order to create an ".enc" file.
- Send the ".enc" file by e-mail to:
order (at-sign-symbol) pad2pad.com. - Check that you receive a confirmation e-mail.
