Troubleshooting

For difficulty downloading try to:

• Check your Ad Blocker/Anti-Virus settings
• Discuss the problem with your system administrator or Internet service provider
• Have a friend download and email the file to you
• Try downloading Pad2Pad again

Try the following if you experience problems with display after updating to Windows 10:

• Ensure your video card driver is up to date
• Right click on the Pad2Pad desktop icon, select Properties | Compatibility | Settings | Reduced color mode
